About Me

I spent a lot of my life hating my body, resenting being a woman, and not understanding what my purpose here was. Through the use of herbs, diet, movement, meditation, prayer, and other mindfulness practices, I healed my dysmenorrhea, heavy bleeding, and the chronic fatigue that plagued me for years, became lighter.
